I was informed that staff needs to download all of the patient records because LR is cutting off access to the Electronic Medical Records EMR system. Staff will need to chart patients via paper. LR claimed that they would stop admitting patients, but a new patient was admitted yesterday.
What could possibly go wrong? Patients charts not getting updated? Will patients’ files be leaked and seen by other patients? Hello HIPAA violation.
Maybe Landmark should change its mission statement to, “To make a million bad decisions.”
Things are only getting worse at FSC. The only reason I’m still here is because I’m currently trying to find a new job. Same goes with the few others that are left here. Everyone is currently trying to find somewhere else to go. If they say otherwise, they’re lying. There’s only 1 recruiter left, they fired the others. They got rid of 2 more in finance. People in HR are dropping like flies. Everything else is being outsourced to Nicaragua where possible. The vibes are awful. It’s almost unbearable. People are ready to walk out (like the Director of Admissions did a couple months ago). To top it all off, Matt is sleeping with his COS Robby (not a rumor).
I hope you can find a new job and soon. I wish everyone the best of luck in finding new jobs. I know full well about about Matty and Robby. I have had several people tell me about it. I heard Robby wanted a letter from Matty framed. If there was a real HR or if people could address it, it would be ended. With Matty the CEO, they will never happen. This morning I was toying with the idea of starting a list of vendors or employees who were stiffed on payments. That would be a long list.
Landmark Recovery will be in violation of the 2009 HITECH act passed by congress.

If that’s the case, why was this information supplied to me on Wednesday, May 7th, 2024? I love how people tell me I am wrong, yet never seem to furnish proof. I checked with my source and HR did take over Seymour on May 1st, 2024, but they are operating under LR’s license. LR is still on the hook. From my source, “LM told them to start paper charting because they were deleting their access to the charting site.” I collect my facts, and will furnish proof.
