Landmark Recovery of Denver molestation claim

Landmark Recovery of Colorado Springs is Experiencing Issues

Landmark Recovery of Colorado Springs, also known as Spring Grove Recovery, is experiencing stability issues. I am being told that there is a high turnover rate amongst employees. A few female employees have refused to show up to work over an extremely verbally abusive and inappropriate male patient. There are times when only one employee is on the floor. The male facility holds up to 36 patients. There are times when there is no nurse on duty as patients are detoxing. The Director of Nursing quit. Staff have to work through their meal breaks, even though they are having those breaks deducted from their paychecks. Landmark is dealing with a lawsuit over this practice.

Patients are complaining about a lack of food, and staff are bringing in food to feed the patients. Patients are being told that if they don’t complete the program, they will be responsible for the full amount. This is a Medicaid-only facility. Patients are being billed for two therapy sessions a week, even though they typically attend only one or two sessions during their entire stay. Landmark has already had to switch pharmacies for this new facility. Since there is no Google Business Profile (GBP) for this facility, somebody claiming to be a former patient posted a review for Landmark Recovery of Denver’s GBP, claiming they had been molested in their room.

LinkedIn Ryan Presley CEO Spring Grove Recovery

Landmark is claiming to be under new ownership. I have raised my concerns. The currently listed CEO for Spring Grove Recovery is Ryan Presley. Ryan joined Landmark in March 2024 as an Executive Director. I have heard that an ED was moved to the Landmark Recovery of Colorado Springs to help them open this facility. Ryan went from an ED to CEO. Is anybody buying this? I don’t.

  1. “Rebranding” is the desperate act of covering up a tarnished name. A national methadone program “rebranded” twice in the past twelve years to avoid association with their old name and lawsuits. The boy-boys are covering up their foul odor with a fresh new name. As if no one can find out who they are using Google

I’ll wager a dollar that the “CEO” title is something the boy-boys created. I can see this as a ploy to deflect from the real puppet masters and there’s probably some legal paperwork in there as well.

The boy-boys are truly desperate to cover their tracks and mask their foul stench if they think this transparent tactic will change their morally bankrupt practices
