A New Wave of Glassdoor Reviews

Since May 21, 2025, Landmark has recieved five five-star reviews on Glassdoor. Four out of the five reviews approve of the CEO. Three reviews were posted since July 4, 2025. I have issues with the reviews.

In the review posted on May 21, 2025, the person claims to be a therapist and has been with Landmark for three years, and is working at the Morrilton facility. I highly doubt any therapist would remain working with Landmark for three years. Landmark has a long-standing history of having a high turnover rate.

Landmark Recovery Therapist Glassdoor Review

There is a second review where the reviewer claims to have been working with Landmark for three years. This review was posted on July 15, 2025. They posted as an anonymous employee. Not only did they give Landmark high praise, but they also stated how Landmark hires employees: “The staff is selected qualitatively and qualified…” We know that Landmark hires PES straight out of treatment or with only a few months clean.

Landmark Recovery Anonymous Employee Glassdoor Review

How are two employees claiming to have been working for Landmark for three years? If Landmark has been sold, wouldn’t the new company clean house and bring in its people?

The review posted on June 25, 2025, is extremely suspicious. The reviewer claims to be a server waiter. They did not indicate which facility they work at. They start and end the pros with quotation marks. Sounds like a copy-and-paste job.

Landmark Recovery Waiter Glassdoor Review

It feels like Landmark is attempting to conduct an image clean-up, and not a very good one.

  1. I highly doubt this. And, why post under Landmark when they have new facility names? And the therapists definitely don’t stay because once they see the fraud, they are out. No one wants to lose their licenses. Landmark just doesn’t stop. Sued by so, so many. More in the horizon too.

    1. I couldn’t agree more. Another review was posted by somebody claiming to be a manager with over three years working at Landmark. The only people with over three years work at home office. I believe all of the original EDs have been replaced.

  2. That’s so true. The turn over is ridiculous. But, what really stands out is posting these “anonymously.” I mean, if you are who you say you are, and are so happy with your place of employment, why wouldn’t you post your name?! As usual, someone from Landmark.is being a fraud again.

  3. I’m sorry but the comments from “exemployee” and this whole entire website as a whole is sad. You’ve been running a website talking shit about a place for 2 years for what exactly? To show that you’re an extremely disgruntled ex employee? I’m pretty positive I know the identity of “exemployee” if you worked at Praxis of Louisville. Right before they shut down you were about to

  4. *you were about to be an employee full time? I just think yall should find something better to do with your lives instead of harboring a resentment like this, it’s unhealthy and sick. Bullshit goes on in every treatment facility I know that because I’ve worked other places that were worse. I guarantee if you hadn’t been fired it would be a different song that’s being sung. A new company owns landmark and business is continuing. The only thing this website is doing is causing yourself harm.

    1. You have demonstrated that you have no business working in the addiction treatment space. You are not only are defensive, but you feel that what I have documented is normal. This is not normal. People are dying while seeking treatment at Landmark. Two former employees are being charged over a patient’s death. One of the charges is tampering with records. Landmark is not running smoothly at all. Landmark was admonished for its roll in Holly’s death. There are conflicting reports and statements. I have not presented the facts I know about Holly’s death so as to interfere in the investigation. Holly, Sam, and the three Mishawaka deaths could have been avoided. Families still want answers.

I don’t believe that Landmark is under new ownership. This new ownership is unnamed. Why were the LLCs purchased a year prior? The new domains were also purchased at the same time. I still have employees coming forward telling me how bad the facilities are. I don’t believe that two plus two is five.
