4112 Fern Valley Road Ops LLC

At the beginning of July, Landmark Recovery claimed to be under ownership. I investigated this claim, and I have my doubts. The domains were purchased on April 29, 2024. After I looked up the new business names to see if they were registered, only one was. That business is Sheridan Grove Recovery, and it was registered 4145 Briargate Parkway Ops LLC.

4112 Fern Valley Road Ops LLC Indeed posted jobs

Today, I was informed that 4112 Fern Valley Road Ops LLC has three open job positions listed on Indeed. When I looked up 4112 Fern Valley Road Ops LLC on Open Corporates, I saw the people associated with the LLC. It is Matthew and Cliff Boyle, Michelle Lubbert, Filejet, and Chris H Hang. Is Chris’ name a typo, and should it have been the previous general counsel, Chris Kang?

The LLC was registered on May 6, 2024. This was down shortly after the Sheridan Grove Recovery domain was registered. It was not updated to show the alleged “new ownership.” I don’t believe Landmark sold, and that the Boyles are out. I’ll keep digging in more.

  1. Oh, please.

Matty Boy is NOT gonna give up his trust fund gig. He has to look important and it gives his insecure ego something to do.

The renaming of the facilities is to blow smoke up the asses of everyone because Landmark/Praxis has a horrible reputation. This is PR.

Second, it’s an attempt to dodge lawsuits. You can’t sue an LLC if it’s defunct.

It’s all a smokescreen. No one is buying this bill story

  2. I believe this to be all bs. Courtney H is listed as the CEO of the “Painted Grove” Preston facility. Hmmm

  3. Interesting because I heard that ED at the Westerville OH location was either the new owner of Oak Grove (which is the rebrand name for that location) or someone in his family was.

Did they “sell” to each of the EDs in hopes of that taking some heat off of… someone?

    1. Westerville was registered under the address on May 6, 2024 and lists Filejet INC and Michelle Lubbert and directors or managers. None of the LLCs have been transferred or closed. None of the new brands have been filed as I can tell. All of the names have Grove Recovery in them. If the Executive Directors bought each location, why is everything coming back to Landmark? The domains were all registered on the same day. Several of the LLCs have the Boyles’ names on them. All of the websites have one item in the source code that connects them all. If Landmark did sell, they biffed the rebrand and there is no way these locations will fill the beds.

  4. Michelle Lubbert appears to be a former attorney for Landmark, LinkedIn indicates she’s been out since June 2024. Wonder if she’s aware that she’s a director/manager at Oak Grove, rofl.

I wonder if they’re splitting into separate LLCs (which would explain the EDs becoming CEOs) to keep lawsuits or issues from impacting all of the locations. When they’re under one big company, one lawsuit can impact everyone. But if they’re all separate LLCs, they’re not impacted if one goes down.

Either way, not a good sign for anyone
