Landmark Recovery has to be out of the Cool Springs office next Friday, May 31st. I wonder what the plan is since Matt Boyle is dead set against working from home. Matty can’t set up shop in his house because of his wife’s beliefs. Will Landmark be forced to get a new office, and if they do, how will they manage to pay rent when they can’t consistently pay employees? Time will tell as the clock is ticking.

They have been screwing over so many people, I’m curious where the money is going if not to pay rent.
They have several ghost employees on the books. Some money went to Matt’s travel, car rentals, and hotels. Cliff made regular trips to the Caymans. I know of at least seven trips.
I’ve always believed that the Boyles were “stuffing their own coffers” with all available funds until the very last nickel they can get is gotten, then they will file bankruptcy, leaving EVERYONE else holding the bag. Pennies (if even that) on the dollar is what anyone owed money will get. I would venture to say that all existing facilities are deep in debt. Rent, service providers, suppliers, and everything else needed to properly run a facility has been left to go into collections. I have never seen a company implode on itself like LR has! I’m sure daddy and baby boy have insulated all “their” assets so they are untouchable in a bankruptcy while everyone else gets to go without due to their greed.
