I am told that two employees were recently fired at Landmark Recovery of Indianapolis. It’s been alleged that the two employees were having a sexual relationship with a female patient. From my source, the two employees were exchanging sexual photos and text messages with the patient. One terminated employee allowed the patient to stay at their residence. I have been provided the names of both terminated employees. I am not releasing them or their roles at Landmark for now.

I’ve was with Praxis by Landmark of Louisville ky on Malcolm Ave for close to 4 years.
They shut the building down about a week ago after the horrible murder of pt Holly. I was still working there then. This was a preventable death and so sad. I was Laid off. The director has a “click.” Some nurses sleep their whole 3rd shift after their med pass. Policies and procedures change on management’s desire and fit.. Now some of us were told there were no available shifts at their Preston Highway location (all male pts there) or at their Fern Valley location. But yet, the director was sent to Preston (guess they booted Preston’s director) and her click. While I was at Praxis we (PES) bought shampoos, lotions, snacks, etc., because they never had enough or none at all. Prior to closing, they even cut back on pt’s food! Which was little anyway. I stayed because I loved the pts as I’m in recovery myself. Printer’s never worked and I know many other things I won’t divulge yet. But, I’ve been following you a long time because your posts are on point. Now that I’m not there anymore I wanted to speak up. I feel for some of the PES that work so hard without raises or recognition. They “say” they closed to restructure, but I pray they never open again and pts find better treatment facilities.
I suggest you “name and shame” Let’s get down to brass tax. The Indy facility is run by the same executive director (ED) who ran the Cleveland, Ohio (Euclid) facility for a while because this ED does whatever Boyle wants. The ED in Indy has his husband working at the Indy facility, thus it stands to reason that the Indy ED would have information about not one but two staff members who are being naughty. This is especially interesting since the Indy facility has about twenty or so beds – it’s small. How could such behaviors go unnoticed by the ED? Oh, wait, let’s recall that the Indy ED also was in charge of the Cleveland, Ohio (Euclid) facility for a while and one of the cooks was having sex with a client – all under the watch of the same ED in Indy where this event happened.
Now, how can such an amazing coincidence happen at two facilities in two different states, yet under the watch of the same ED? What’re the odds?
Sure, it’s possible this could be an amazing coincidence…..but money says that this ED turned a blind eye to these events because they would cause an external investigation – and Matt Boyle does not want/need any more external eyes upon his precious organization.
Again, name and shame the employees. Force the ED and the CEO to either publicly deny or admit the wrong-doing. What’re the fired employees going to do …. sue? For what? Having sex with a client? Yeah, good luck to them going to court to argue that this hurts their reputation. The BOM (Business Office Manager) is required to keep records of investigations along with the HR director at corporate. Unless Landmark wants to go on the record saying such never happened,…..and all it takes is one little subpoena to have access to ALL the records to prove what did and did not happen……
