As some of you know, this is not my first sucks project. Back in 2013, I went after and shut down Acteva. As I was working on that project, a good friend encouraged me along the way. When I launched ReviewFraud.org, that same friend encouraged me. Now my friend has launched MiddleTown Property Group Sucks.
It appears that MPG is mirroring Landmark. They buy up residential properties and allow them to become run down. They register various LLCs and fail to address customer complaints. They now get to deal with my friend AF. I might be assisting a wee bit, too.

Let’s talk about AJ Henry… “chief people officer”
former chief operations officer.. zero experience in behavioral health. zero experience in healthcare in general.. The guy had no business in that role. under his “leadership” there was 3 deaths, several assaults, a sexual assault of a therapist, and an endless list of other unsafe situations and conditions… Just scroll this this site. It’s all 100% real. I have tons of other stories and interactions I’d love to share.
lets talk about his other title shall we! AJ the “chief people officer” KNOWINGLY was deducting money from peoples checks for LTD,STD and life insurance for a policy that was termed and did not exist. He also KNOWINGLY was garnishing money for state agencies such as child support and that money never reached the agencies. People were at risk of legal repercussions and children and families went without money. he also knowingly stopped paying employees and made several terminations for no reason at all. Oh and people have yet to been able to have access to their 401ks from LAST year… me included… If you’re lucky you might get one of his many excuses. If you’re even luckier he will fire you and you’ll get a better job elsewhere. This man is beyond incompetent. He has had employees even directors walk out mid shift because of his yes man demeanor to Matt and because he is simply clueless in behavioral health and honestly life in general. The only quality this man has is to telling Matt yes.. .
but hey the man claims he is “mission driven” he took Landmark from 14 facilities down to 7. the company was rumored to be worth over 600 million 2 years ago before he started. Now they are changing the name because it is worthless. So either he is absolutely trash at his job or his “mission” is to destroy landmark. Either way I love this field and people like AJ Henry are the ones that are destroying it.
Oh btw they got evicted last month. the New address is 133 Holiday Ct slate 102 Franklin Tennessee my buddy works there. He worked at the old one and said it’s the size of just One of the old office rooms on cool springs Blvd. lol.

Staff in Louisville are begging for basic needs for patients. Since opening the location we are not equipped with anything and have no funds. Checks are bouncing again. Tia is stressed and threatened to quit twice. Rumor is name change is coming. They admit anyone with any insurance regardless of If we accept it or not. Still running on pure desperation.
