Landmark Recovery is claiming to be under new ownership. There is a claim that Matt Boyle left the company on July 1st. The website has just two pages. The home page lists the open locations, each with a link to its website.

Praxis of Louisville by Landmark Recovery on 4418 Malcolm Ave., Louisville, KY doesn’t have a new name.
The domains were purchased on April 29, 2024. I was only able to find one of the business names registered. It is Sheridan Grove Recovery. It was registered by 4145 Briargate Parkway Ops LLC. 4145 Briargate Parkway Ops LLC was registered REPUBLIC REGISTERED AGENT LLC out of Delaware. There are two Secretary of State records for Sheridan Grove Recovery. 20248220833 was registered on November 19, 2024. 20251158308 was registered on February 7, 2025.
The Landmark Recovery names were registered using the street address in Delaware. For example, the Landmark Recovery of Colorado Springs is registered by 4145 Briargate Parkway Ops LLC.. There are also two Secretary of State records.
This could be legitimate, but I am suspicious. Time will tell.

I am calling bullshit here. The sitemaps show the latest updated date. Yet Google shows the new website for Praxis of Morrilton by Landmark Recovery as being created on April 7, 2025.
This feels like a plan that has been in motion for a long time. Several people commented that Landmark Recovery would rebrand to escape the negative press. I am shocked it took this long to pull the trigger. This feels like a contiguous plan. Either Landmark cleared its name or rebranded to distance itself from the stigma. I don’t believe that Matt Boyle is gone or that Landmark is under new ownership. I do know that who is ever calling the shots sucks. This is a horrible rebrand attempt. The Google Business Profile (GBPs) names were not updated or marked as permanently closed. There are no new GBPs for those addresses. There are countless issues I am seeing. All of the domains were registered with GoDaddy. The websites are hosted on GoDaddy. Landmarkrecovery.com was registered on GoDaddy. All of the domains were purchased with private Whois. This means that the registered party’s name and address are hidden. There are other issues that I found, which I am not willing to share. I don’t wish to educate Landmark and help them improve their online presence.

Also, Maybe they’re are trying to fly under the Medicaid fraud radar. I do not say this lightly. I know their Medicaid faud for a fact.
Interesting because their accreditation shows as all landmark still. Makes one question if they updated their licenses and contracts or are just saying it’s a new company
Every bit of this has to be in an effort to dodge lawsuits. That’s exactly what Cliffy did with his nursing home situation…bankrupt one LLC and they couldn’t go after it, while opening a new one. Its a modern version of a shell game, and one I heard discussed ad nauseum with the decision makers.
Whether or not Matt is still there is sus, too – he has no professional background to fall back on outside of his limited and repugnant experience running Skidmark. Who in their right mind would hire him after all the negative presence he has online?
The Boyles do love to buy LLCs. They started registering the new batch of LLCs in May 2024. The LLCs are using the address of the facilities. I am dumbfounded that H Chris Kang is listed on two of them. One is a typo and the other has the correct spelling. I haven’t heard the skidmark reference in over a year.
