A staffing agency is suing Landmark Recovery for not paying $723,022.91. The lawsuit claims Landmark hired the staffing agency in May 2023. Between May 2023 and November 2023, Landmark made one partial payment of $8,523.30. This is the second lawsuit in under a month.
On Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, Landmark Recovery of Tennessee, LLC was sued for $80,000 of unpaid invoices for another staffing agency. Please note that in both cases, Landmark used a different LLC to contract services. Landmark has a few dozen LLCs. I am sure people saw one of them when they received their 1099. One of these days, Landmark’s luck is going to run out.
